Rubber technical products is a general name for elastomer parts. The range covers seals and small molded parts; feasibility depends on the job and part dimensions.
We make O-rings, shaft seals, cuffs, wipers, gaskets, cut sheet, bushings, rollers, dampers, rubber cord and small molded parts to drawing or sample. Grades: NBR, EPDM, FKM, silicone, polyurethane.
Naming a part is not enough for a quote. We need dimensions or a sample, working medium, temperature, pressure and quantity. These data set the profile, hardness and compound before a batch is launched.
We do not make rubber bladders, pneumatic balloons, bladder compensators or large molded parts. If the part is beyond a normal cuff, bushing or gasket and needs a large tool, it is outside our work — better to say so than to promise a date.
The grade follows the medium, not the label “RTI”. Oil and hydraulics up to +120 °C — NBR. Water, steam, alkali and outdoors — EPDM. Hot oil, fuel, gas — FKM. Product contact — silicone. Wear and shock — polyurethane, about up to +80 °C.
