Rubber technical products manufacturing
ELASTIK FORM runs the full cycle of molded RTP manufacturing in Tashkent — from rubber compound preparation to mechanical finishing of the finished part.
Calendering, extrusion, pressing, vulcanization and mechanical finishing under one roof, with geometry and property control at every stage.
We carry out the full cycle of manufacturing rubber technical products (RTP) using modern equipment and quality materials. Our production meets international quality standards and is ready to fulfill orders of any volume.
Process route
Manufacturing is a sequential technological process in which each stage affects geometry, physical-mechanical properties and performance characteristics of the final product.
At the blank preparation stage, the rubber compound is given a shape close to the final product geometry. The process usually includes pressure treatment followed by cutting.
The rubber compound is formed into sheets of specified thickness and width. Key parameters are roll gap pressure and temperature control using cooling water inside the rolls. The main requirement is uniform thickness across the entire sheet, controlled by automatic measuring devices.
Elastic, highly elastic and plastic deformations occur during calendering. Heating of the compound is used to reduce the so-called calendering effect.
Extrusion is carried out on screw extruders, most often with cold feeding. Calculations assume isothermal conditions, viscous incompressible material and steady flow.
For batch operations, plunger machines are used, providing simple control of cylinder temperature, pressure and extrusion speed.
The objectives of cutting are minimal waste, accurate shape and dimensions, low deformation, quick changeover to other sizes and maximum mechanization.
Extruded profiles are cut with flat or circular knives, while calendered sheets are cut using closed-contour dies. Anti-adhesive agents or surfactant-based emulsions are used to prevent sticking.
Forming is the stage of giving the final shape by bringing the compound to a flowable state, usually by heating. The most common method is hot pressing.
Key parameters include pressure, compound and mold temperature, forming speed and time. Mold design and rheological and thermal properties of the compound also play a significant role.
Vulcanization is the process of forming cross-links between rubber macromolecules. Hot (sulfur), cold (chlorinated sulfur), peroxide, resin, sulfur-free, radiation and UV vulcanization methods are used.
The degree and structure of cross-linking determine modulus, hardness, elongation, residual deformation, heat resistance and dynamic properties.
Mechanical finishing includes flash removal and machining of working surfaces. Cutting, grinding, cryogenic treatment, vibratory finishing and shot blasting are applied.
Group stamping allows multiple products to be cut simultaneously on a press using cushioning pads to compensate for height deviations.
Production lines
Molded products
Produced by pressing and vulcanization. Used in mechanical engineering and construction.
Non-molded products
Manufactured by extrusion: seals, profiles, cords.
Conveyor belts
Used for transportation of bulk and unit materials. Reinforced with fabric or steel cord.
Rubber belts
Flat and V-belts used in engines and industrial equipment.

We manufacture rubber products according to your drawings and technical specifications. Individual approach to each project, consultation of our specialists, optimization of design to reduce costs without loss of quality.
Quality control
Process parameters are agreed with our process engineer; deviations are addressed before the batch is released.
- Thickness control for sheets and profiles during calendering and extrusion
- Forming and vulcanization settings matched to the compound
- Mechanical finishing, flash removal and die cutting when required
- Project support from drawing or sample to production batch
