On a pit, seals and bushings work in dust, slurry and impact, not on a clean bench. A mix that lasts a year in a city pump house may not last a season on an excavator.
Abrasion: sand and ore dust eat lips and rolling faces. Polyurethane and wear sheets outperform soft workshop NBR.
Impact: dampers take the peak the steel would send into the frame. Too hard a PU hits the machine; too soft a rubber tears. Hardness is set on the actual joint.
Machine hydraulics still need NBR or FKM by oil temperature. A rod wiper is not cosmetic in dust.
Conveyor lagging and rollers need adhesion and a covering hardness matched to the duty. Debonding is usually a bonding or compound issue.
For Navoi and remote sites, pack and batch size matter. Standard items: 3–5 business days after approval; bonded sleeves and new molds are planned separately.
We work from the removed part. A catalogue number helps; a measurement of the worn joint is safer.
