Fergana petrochemical and nitrogen plants require PTFE and Viton gaskets for fittings in acid, alkali and hydrocarbon media at up to 63 bar.

Fergana region is Uzbekistan's chemical industry center. The Fergana refinery and Fergana-Azot have strict requirements for seal chemical resistance. We select materials (Viton, FKM, PTFE) for aggressive media at temperatures up to +250°C, ensuring long part service life.

If the part does not match the approved drawing in dimensions and material, we rework at our cost. Before a production run we agree tolerances and inspection method.

Manufacturing and warehouse are in Tashkent. Delivery to Fergana in 1-2 days. After production we hand over to a carrier or arrange courier delivery.
