Custom Oil Seals in Nukus

Karakalpakstan water intake and irrigation station pumps use EPDM oil seals for water media. Gas production units — reinforced NBR at up to 1 bar.

Karakalpakstan has an extensive irrigation system and gas extraction facilities. Aral region pump stations, water treatment plants and gas compressors need EPDM (water-resistant) and NBR (oil-resistant) seals. Distance from Tashkent is offset by our streamlined logistics and double packaging.

We manufacture in Tashkent and ship to Nukus by transport company. Delivery to Nukus in 2-3 days. Double packaging and cargo tracking. For Karakalpakstan we use reinforced packaging — transit takes longer than usual.

Depends on medium (oil, water, steam, chemicals), temperature and pressure. Send drawing or sample via WhatsApp — our engineer will select NBR, EPDM, Viton, silicone or polyurethane for your site in Nukus. Short guide table below; full grades on the product page.

Minimum quantity depends on the product and material. Standard lead time is 3–5 business days; a new mold usually requires 10–14 days. We confirm the exact schedule after reviewing the drawing or sample.

Yes. Send drawing, photos or the worn part via WhatsApp — we quote lead time, material and price. For plants in Nukus, photos with a scale and operating medium description are usually enough.

If the part does not match the approved drawing in dimensions and material, we rework at our cost. Before a production run we agree tolerances and inspection method.

Manufacturing and warehouse are in Tashkent. Delivery to Nukus in 2-3 days. After production we hand over to a carrier or arrange courier delivery. For Karakalpakstan we use reinforced packaging — transit takes longer than usual.
