For the Kungrad soda plant, EPDM is recommended for alkali and brine. FKM for joints hotter than the EPDM limit. Transit to Karakalpakstan is 2–3 days, so the shipment goes in reinforced packing.

We manufacture in Tashkent and ship to Kungrad by transport company. Delivery to Kungrad in 2–3 days. Double packaging and cargo tracking. For Karakalpakstan we use reinforced packaging — transit takes longer than usual.

Minimum quantity depends on the product and material. Standard lead time is 3–5 business days; a new mold usually requires 10–14 days. We confirm the exact schedule after reviewing the drawing or sample.

If the part does not match the approved drawing in dimensions and material, we rework at our cost. Before a production run we agree tolerances and inspection method.
