How the grade is selected
- State the medium or liquid composition, not only the equipment name.
- Check minimum and maximum temperature, pressure and duty cycle.
- If oil, water, steam or washdown occur in different cycles, list every medium.
- The colour of an old part does not prove its compound; selection follows the actual conditions.
Manufacturing data
- A drawing, dimensioned sketch or sample is needed; seals also require seat dimensions.
- Tolerance, hardness and quantity are agreed before the batch is launched.
- Rubber bladders, pneumatic chambers, bladder compensators and large molded parts are not manufactured.
