What we make

  • Pump cuffs and shaft seals
  • Gate and valve rings
  • Flange gaskets
  • Diaphragms and flat blanks

Material recommendation

  • EPDM — water, weak solutions, outdoors
  • NBR — bearing oil and hydraulic drive. For water — EPDM
  • Polyurethane — if the water carries sand and the lip wears

What to include in a request

  • A drawing, dimensioned sketch or worn sample of the part.
  • The working medium, temperature, pressure and duty cycle.
  • Seat dimensions if the seal works in a groove, on a shaft or rod.
  • Quantity and the date the batch is required.

Selection and limits

  • The grade follows medium, temperature and load; colour or a name on old rubber does not prove its compound.
  • Dimensions and tolerances are agreed before launch; worn samples are checked against the seat as well.
  • Rubber bladders, pneumatic chambers, bladder compensators and large molded parts are not manufactured.
